I’m not saying you have to give up meat and other animal products straight away. You can gradually reduce your daily intake of it until you’re fully eating a plant-based diet.
Then you’ll start to see the amazing impact the vegan diet will have on you physically and mentally. You’ll be healthier, slimmer, look younger, your nails will be rock hard and your skin will practically glow! You’ll feel lighter and basically feel more positive and happy with life.
So don’t wait until you’re old and sick and unattractive.
